This story involves a families life challenges to survive, with faith
and perseverance. Their young daughter's troubled marriage,
who found her first love, early in her life. Mara the daughter,
looks back on this marriage through flash backs from the
beginnings of her childhood. Mara also seeks counciling to save
her marriage, because of marrying at such a young age. Her
husband's lack of moral stability in marriage, becomes quite an
obstacle for Mara. She attempts to salvage her marriage, as they
continue to grow apart.
This book appeals to both men and women, who have faced
similar circumstances. In marriages or intimate relationships,
when one person is the most committed. And as always it takes
two people and compromise, for a relationships to endure.
Rev. Sandara as she prefers to be called,
became a licensed ordained minister in 2002.
She prefers not to preach from the pulpit,
because her ministry is in healing. She is
a highly spiritual person, giving of her time
and talents, in many arenas. Focusing mainly
on her Healing Touch Certified Practitioner
work through out her community. Rev.
Sandara is also an advocate who supports
the education of women and men to stop
physical abuse toward mostly women of all ages and some
males of all ages, who are abused.
Some of Rev. Sandara's time is used to assist Senior
Citizens that are still independent and others that are residents
of Skilled Nursing facilities. Also working with the Forest Park
Senior Center in her local area and the Maple Knoll residents
in the local area. Rev. Sandara is a widow, mother of three,
grandmother of five and great-grandmother of three.
