Pasquinading Poesy is the chef-d’oeuvre of critically-unabated authors Ryan Johanson & Gern Blansten.
Inspired by the heartrending work of amateur poets on Poetry.com, Ryan and Gern produced and submitted over 30 original poems of their own, lovingly handcrafted like miniature crystal giraffes, to undermine all seriousness and good taste. Their dream was to chortle, and chortle they did.
What seemed only a sporting pastime between shifts at the carrot cuffing factory, however, soon showed promise. Before long, acclaim erupted from Poetry.com and the International Library of Poetry, confirming what they always knew deep within their cockles.
Ryan and Gern had made it. Secure in their poetic prowess, they set to unleash their brilliance unto the world in handy paperback form. Now for the first time, the combined works of Johanson & Blansten can be read atop on any toilet seat on land or sea — even on the International Space Station.
