Overview

This is a clarion call for America to return to principles of liberty. It is Ron Paul's New York Times best selling "Liberty Defined" in cliff notes brevity by an author who has written articles and books published throughout America for the past five decades.
Dr. Paul writes that to truly believe in liberty is to divorce it from any desired social and/or economic outcome. Liberty permits people to work out their problems for themselves, build lives for themselves, take risks and accept responsibility for the results and make their own decisions. "It is the foundation of America."
This is Part Two of Don White's "Patriot Call of Ron Paul" outlining 25 principles from Keynesianism to Zionism. The first volume dealt with principles one through 25, from Abortion through Insurance. Clear and fearless in its opinions, these 50 essentials shed bright light on the word "Liberty" that has been losing its rightful meaning.
Our primary political goal is to teach Americans true maxims of freedom that will defeat Barak Obama at the polls in 2012 with Ron Paul who is the only candidate out there who understands the Fed’s evil power over us. Paul shows us how to remove the shackles of debt and despair with which Obama and Ben Bernanke have shrouded America. He is the only candidate who promises to remove the chains of the bondsmen and liberate us, our children, and our grandchildren from the awful Federal Reserve and its global power malaise.
Congressman Paul’s mantra also includes bringing home our troops—not all but 3,000 of them, but all of them—cutting the outrageous spending, balancing the budget, saving a trillion dollars his first year, eliminating personal income taxes, abolishing communist-inspired rules and regulations that stymie new business and job growth, and winning back our place as the most free country in the world.
Today, due to Obama and his progressive friends in Washington, America ranks ninth behind socialist Canada on the Heritage Foundation’s list of free nations. That's atrocious! What happened to "The Land of the Free?"
No one can say that having a bunch of communists and socialists in the White House writing onerous rules is good for the economic and the spiritual health of our nation.
On the political trail, at times Ron Paul may struggle with liberal press appeal. That’s because he tells it as it is. That’s why those very same liberals and their moneyed friends hate him. But Americans liked two other men who spoke their minds, Democrat Harry Truman and Republican Barry Goldwater and they are learning to like Ron Paul, too. You see, America’s love affair with Ron Paul is just beginning.
Could Democrats and Independents become passionate about Dr. Paul? Of course, many already are. Not that Congressman Paul isn’t getting even hard core Democrats to vote for him, because he is with his sound approach to economics, broad foreign policy appeal, distaste for expensive wars of aggression and the grief and misery war brings our wounded and hobbled troops, and his stand on many issues that Democrats share. But he has enemies, too. He doesn’t expect to be all things to all people—leave that to Romney, Gingrich, and Obama—and he’s just too honest to be all over the map with his convictions.
One liberal bemoaned Paul’s delivery, “You think you’re listening to Gomer Pyle.” He was referring to Dr. Paul’s bubbly, gentle, rural auto mechanic panache. Home folks love that style, but he gains less affection from non-libertarians. That TV persona was portrayed by popular American singer/ television actor Jim Nabors whom we loved in the fifties and sixties.
Voters are attracted to glitz and pseudo intellectualism with some lies and jokes to cover the untruths thrown in here and there. The ready quip was was one of Ronald Reagan’s secrets of success. But unlike Obama today, Reagan was an honest man and people could count on him as they can also count on Ron Paul today.

About the Author

Donald M. White is a well-known author, writer, and blogger about many subjects, especially politics. He has written for the Associated Press, edited three magazines, and run a large mutual insurance Group in Minneapolis and Seattle. Don White has been married for 46 years to Carolyn Christensen White and they are parents of four children.
White holds law, journalism, and insurance degrees. His education was at Utah State University, University of Utah, William Howard Taft University, and American Institutes. He is a devout member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.Like Ron Paul, he is an original intent Constitutional constructionist--a real conservative, not a neo-conservative like Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich, Rick Perry, Jon Huntsman, Jr., and Rick Santorum.
America needs to knows that there is a huge difference. One is genuinely conservative. Neo-cons are not genuine but will call themselves conservative during the elections and will govern in liberal and moderate ways. Neo-conservatives love aggressive wars and heavy spending and higher taxes in many cases.
Real conservatives like small government, free enterprise, few rules leveled against people and job creators, and strong Constitutional government. Conservatives believe that unions are usually not of any value, except to keep progressive presidents in office. Conservatives vote for right-to-work laws and are against minimum wage laws and union shops which traditionally have jacked up the cost of products for American manufacturers, sending them to countries with no unions and lower labor rates. Mr. White is for full employment. He understands that over the last few years America has lost 6 million jobs to foreign nations, primarily because of the above progressive programs. Government interference with free enterprise is one of the chief causes for the economic problems we face today.
