About the Author

Seth Emerson is one of the foremost figures in Corvair racing. He is renowned for having fast times of the day at national and regional autocross events. He has supplied thousands of 8mm silicone ignition wire sets to most of the Corvair Parts vendors. He joined The Corvair Society of America (CORSA) in 1973, just missing the Anaheim, California, convention. By 1980, He was fully engaged and hasn't missed a CORSA convention since. He was a Corsa director for more than fifteen years and President of Corsa twice.
Bill Fisher is the author of How to Hotrod Corvair Engines and numerous other Hotrodding books from the 1950s through the 1990s. "California" Bill Fisher developed many specialized parts for high performance Corvair engines in the 1960s. The four editions of his book chronicled the evolution of the current state of Corvair tuning for several decades.
