God knew the deceitfulness of Satan and the outcome in the Garden of Eden; why then did He plant the Tree of the knowledge of good and evil? It is a question that has been asked for centuries. In her book, Poems of Faith in the Garden of Hope and Grace, the author writes in her first poem “Genesis”, that God created all things good the way He envisioned it. He is omniscient—all knowing. God, the Creator, had the solution to mankind’s fall before He established the universe. He knew He’d present Himself on the cross and destroy the work of the devil. About the Author

She faced many struggles within her lifetime; sexual abuse, a suicide attempt, psychiatric hospitalizations and is now living with Stage 4 Kidney Disease. It is through Divine Grace that she survives. She gave her life to Jesus on July 25, 1988.

She met her soul mate in 1993, married two years later, and only able to work as a stay-at-home mom, raised a daughter who is now 29 and a son who is 19-years old. She raised her family on the one thing she knew best—God’s Word.

On Sundays she greets congregants at the church doors, on Wednesdays she participates in Bible study, and she studies daily the Old and New Testaments. God has been faithful, and she remains always faithful praising Him even during trying times. Each day God helps her in surprising ways.

Her most optimistic, patient husband encourages her, and they are enjoying their strongest love at 24 years of marriage. She is so proud of her daughter and son watching them thrive (in an ever-difficult, deteriorating world).
