Can we, with the news that history has presented to us, obscured by centuries and obscured by events, describe Baghdad during the era of Al-Rashid Al-Abbasi? Is it possible for imagination - even if it is farthest and most submerged - to fill the void, or complete the picture of Abbasid greatness in this era, after the historian and describer were unable to complete it?! no. The Caliph, who was defying the clouds, proudly and confidently ordered her to go wherever she wanted; Because it will not rain except for his country, he deserves to stroke the pen a little before he thinks about describing the magnitude of his kingdom, and after his authority, and the empire that extended its rule over the ends of the earth, and to which the fruits of the world were brought, is a fact that the writer would refrain from if he tried to portray it with silence, for one of the meanings What is beyond speech and suppressed without reaching the imagination. It is sufficient for us to briefly and humbly take the reader to Baghdad in one of the months of the year one hundred and eighty-one, during the Caliphate of Al-Rashid. The sun was setting, and the afternoon rays were falling on the Tigris River, turning its genesis with fresh gold. On the eastern shore, the palaces appeared to be of high construction and far away. Among them was a palace built in the Byzantine style, and it was distinguished by its many windows and the breadth of its garden that surrounded it. So I made it a picture of fine geometric art in a wonderful green frame.
