About the Author

Anita O. Brown, has been blessed to be married for over 20 years, is a mother of 3 lovely children, a data entry operator for more than 25 years, as well as a formerly licensed real estate agent through which she ultimately discovered a passion for real estate investing and rehab. She attended Morgan State University, and is a graduate of the Empowerment Bible School at the Resurrection Center in Wilmington, DE, as well as a member of several choirs and assists with the hospitality ministry there.
