Pulling Pitch
The sun was just rising in the East; the grass was still wet with dew. I pulled the R44 outside to give it a quick shot of fuel before my passengers arrived. It was a pristine day for flying. We were headed on a flight over to Osoyoos; my clients were going on a business golfing trip and needed to arrive in style. They had booked me to fly them into the golf course for the day and then the plan was afterwards we would fly over to the Lakeview vineyards for some wine sampling. I was very excited because this would be the first wine tour I had done. I had flown over the vineyards several times, but never had a chance to take any clients there.
