This book is the clean version of Read, Write, Love by Melissa Foster a.k.a. Addison Cole. "Sweet with Heat" describes this perfectly. Leanna is such a fun person. She's like a silly little hippie type girl who lives pretty care-free and happy. She doesn't have much direction in her life yet, as she hasn't found something to be truly passionate about. Kurt has found his passion and is her complete opposite in every way. Together they were awkward and adorable. He added a little structure to her life, and she took down some of the structure in him. It was funny to watch. The ARC of Read, Write, Love at Seaside by Addison Cole was kindly provided to me by the author for review. The opinions are my own.

No guy is that perfect, but the story is sweet and at least there is no graphic, detailed sex.

Read, Write, Love Was a sweet love story that i really enjoyed ! Two total opposites that fall deep for each other and without noticing at first they helped each other to better discover sides of themselves that they weren`t aware of. Nice story that keeps us going and I loved the Seaside Girls ! Can`t wait to read more about those funny girls !

If this is a sweet book, you can kiss my fanny. There may not be explicit sex, however, there is sex mentioned on every dang page. I gave up at page 62. This may be only the third book I gave up on in more than fifty years of reading.

Loved all 210 pages, it had me from page 1 to the last page. I would have loved an epilogue, that is my ONLY gripe. Loved all the characters. I must admit I can't figure out how that screen door is any good with Pepper pawing it all the time. GJRA

I was pleasantly surprised by the great humor yet honest feelings in this story. I liked that it was a clean, yet hot romance, which is hard to find. Will definetly purchase more.

Great love story !

Absorbing and sweet. Not sordid like a Harlequin or boringly formulaic like a Nicholas Sparks novel.

LOVED it! It was such a fun summer read (don't have to read just in the summer). I loved the all the characters, the setting (would love to vacation on the Cape), and the steamy parts (clean but steamy). I couldn't want to get home from work to read more chapters!

I adored this book! Kurt & Leanna's love story is so sweet and genuine; you can't help but to fall in love with them. They are just so real, so honest and just so dang lovable. I couldn't get enough of them. Leanna's friends are also a hoot. Thank goodness for Pepper, Leanna's labradoodle as they may not have met without Kurt having to jump into the ocean to save him. As a huge romance lover, I have to say that every now and then it is nice to read a romance that isn't buried beneath a lot of sex. It is implied in this book, just not described. Yet the chemistry between Kurt & Leanna is just as hot. Awesome debut for Addison Cole! I look forward to more from her!

This is the first story of this series and I am looking forward to reading more. Can't wait. Let me just say it left me with wanting to read more and that's a good thing. I completely loved how this was a clean love story with awesome characters. I read this book in a day since I couldn't put it down. A great summer read for sure. A fast paced book that I couldn't stop reading. Writing was awesome and kept me entertained through the whole book. A definite must read if you love romance books you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to reading more. I received this book through Beck Valley Books Book Tours, I have volunteered to share my review and all the opinions are 100% my own.

I love a good romance story! It is even better if I can read it on the beach. This is a nice clean romance story with two total opposite main characters. I love the fact that this is a romance novel I can feel comfortable if my youngish daughter picks it up!

Oh My Gosh.... Addison Cole has written the sweetest, most loving, and amazing story. Kurt is lost in his own book world and not interested in anything but his family and writing when Leanna stumbles into his life and turns it upside down. I love how opposite these two are. Kurt is organized, serious, and focused. Leanna is flirty, klutzy, and rolls with whatever is happening. Together they are perfect. They balance each other out perfectly. I believe Kurt is almost perfect, only almost because perfect isn't any fun. He not only accepts Leanna's unorganized life but he integrates himself into that life without making it big deal. At no point does he make her feel bad about how different they are. He accepts her as she is without questioning or pushing her to change. Leanna also accepts Kurt as he is. She understands when he has to go into his own world and write instead of hanging out with her and doesn't pressure him to do what she wants. This is listed as Sweet with Heat for a reason. The sweet part is found on every page, whether in Kurt and Leanna's relationship or in the friendships of the Seaside Summer Girls. The heat is hinted at numerous times yet Addison Cole leaves the true heat to the reader’s imagination. This is the perfect read for a cold night cuddled by a fire or a day at the beach in the hot sun. The Sweet with Heat: Seaside Summers series is sure to become a favorite. A fun beginning. Great expectations for a great series. If you enjoy fun, witty, clean romance with just a little sizzle you'll enjoy this one! A great short fast read. Kurt's plans for quiet are interrupted when he has to rescue Leanna and her dog out of the sea! What follows is a sweet and fun romance with a sweet happy ending. What was interesting to me is this is the re-write of a previously written edition that was steamy and contained language. I am glad to have been given the opportunity to read this edition. I am looking forward to reading more in this series. I received a complimentary copy from Tasty Tours.

Addison Cole has written a marvelous love story! Leanna and Kurt have such different personalities, but they are so remarkable together. They accept each others flaws and differences. When they met, their chemistry & passion was simply undeniable. I would recommend this novel to anyone looking to be encapsulated by a phenomenal love story.

"Addison Cole is the sweet alter ego of New York Times and USA Today bestselling and award-winning author Melissa Foster. " As soon as I read this statement in the book blurb of Read, Write, Love at Seaside, I knew I had to read this book because believe it or not I like my romances sweet with plenty of heart in them. Also the title had me intrigued already with the very gorgeous cover making me stop to checkout the blurb. Read, Write, Love at Seaside by Addison Cole has oodles of sweetness and a big dose of heartfelt emotions in it with enough teasing and entertainment to keep a reader's interest. Here we meet Kurt Remington, a bestselling author of thrillers who lives to write and who believes in having order in everything in his life. Leanna Bray is a free spirited woman who is as disorganised as Kurt is organised in his daily life. But right from the first meeting they click. But each is staying in this small town of Cape Cod just for the Summer. Can their connection withstand the test of time and their insecurities? As you know, I enjoy Melissa Foster's stories but with her sweet alter ego, Addison Cole she has gone several steps ahead in endearing herself to me. I absolutely loved this book where there is no harsh language, no explicit intimate scenes and still just the right amount of teasing glimpses to give the story the push that authors take when including sexual scenes in them. I loved how the author proves that she is capable of writing both steamy and sweet stories with equal ease. The plot is beautifully conceived and executed. The pace is maintained and I stayed glued till the very end. The character development is the highlight of this story. I loved the contrast between Kurt and Leanna's characters with their poles apart personalities and yet the similarity in their basic nature. The romance is exciting, heartwarming and the chemistry sensual. It is adorable how these two complement each other and I got some serious relationship goals from them. Leanna's friends are a fun group and I am eagerly waiting to read their own stories. It was such a pleasant feeling to meet the various crossover characters from some of the previous books that I have read by Melissa Foster. All in all, Read, Write, Love at Seaside by Addison Cole is a perfect beach read with wholesome chemistry without any explicit intimate scenes, heartwarming romance, many memorable moments, a crisp story that takes us on a rich emotional journey and a friendships that make us want to go catch up with our friends. A story that connected with many of my own insecurities and then inspired me to go take risks, I loved each second spent reading this book and give Read, Write, Love at Seaside by Addison Cole 4.5 stars out of 5. Recommended to romance fiction lovers, I hope to read lots more from the author and wish her the very best.
