Overview

RED RIVER is a dramatic story of Adam Stillwell an honest man
who is forced into creating a mafia type group on the border of
Oklahoma and Texas as a means to find new income for his
family and friends after they are let go from the local factory. His
adventures lead him into a world of criminals and murderers
desperate to stop him. Harshly realistic, yet a passionate tale of
one man's desire to find peace with the things he's done and the

About the Author

Jared Mauck (1978- ) was born in Sherman, Texas. He studied Theology at Bible college and advanced his preaching and speaking career into a Stand-up comedy career. He has performed all over America and written jokes and shared the stage with many famous comedians. Jared began writing at a young age. His father bought him a desk when he was eight. Jared began writing novels at this age and turned out many books written for kids while he was a kid. He has always had the love for writing. Red River is a ten-year project and an amazing piece of literary fiction. Jared scored a rare zero on the Hemingway readability score putting it up there with Hemingway himself.
