About the Author

I'm married and live in Indianapolis, IN with my husband and baby Ziva (2 1/2 year old Pom/Shih-Tzu mix). I worked in the insurance industry for 34 years before starting my first book. I love the outdoors (except for the bugs), boating, fishing, cruising and traveling to new places. I love seafood, especially fresh lobster and catfish! Friday is normally pizza night. I'm very detailed (to a fault), and have been the family cruise planner, itinerary organizer and travel consultant; and think I still hold the title for most efficient dishwasher packer!

This is the last book in the series and doesn't disappoint. I would definitely read this author again.

I realize that these are probably meant to be "teen" books but I have enjoyed them anyway. Living only a short distance from the fictitious Shadow Lake, I have enjoyed the local references. The 3 stories that make up this series have been a great read. They are a combination of fantasy/scifi, which I seldom read, and mystery, which I love. This 3rd book in the series has brought the tale of Shadow Lake to a satisfying end.

This was a great series, I had a hard time putting down each book. I don't agree that the ending was lame, as you kind of knew it was going to involve American Indians from reading the second book. I thought the series was very well written and kept you on the edge of your seat throughout. Each book in the series was very hard to put down, I finshed each book in only two days. Would highly reccommend and already have. A++ :-)

I had down loade this series w/o realizing that it is really a teen read. It was OK for an adult but my 11 yr old granddaughter enjoyed it better than I did. Mindless reading for an older adult.
