Overview

To heal the severe damage she has received, Ro recalls her early life and all the people she has loved and been loved by. We learn of her life in the alien culture she is born within but never properly fits into, her unsuccessful partnership with Beey, and surprising sexual games with Langdon. Most of the book is a paean to the great love between Ro and her soul mate with a few little surprises.

I’m Aussie, over 35 and very happily divorced. I have a wonderful daughter and 8 neutered cats, only one of which was male. I’ve always had mostly female cats; couldn’t live without them. A few years ago we had 13, and getting over their deaths was quite traumatic.I love reading Science Fiction and have an enormous collection of books—at least 50,000 at last estimate—though I’m not as keen on SF movies.An old friend once complained to me of the dearth of science-fictional sex in the genre, so I’ve done my best to remedy that situation.
