About the Author

Steve Copling has over thirty-five years in law enforcement and corporate security. He currently serves as a police captain in the Dallas area. His years in police service include SWAT, Internal Affairs, Narcotics, Criminal Investigations, and Homeland Security. He is in the process of completing other books in the Suspense and Police Procedural genres.

Steve is also hard at work on a seven-book, Young Adult fantasy series. The first, Sage Alexander and the Hall of Nightmares, is under pre-development as a major motion picture.

He lives in a small North Texas town with his wife of nearly forty years and is the father of three and grandfather of four.
