The Social and Emotional Aspects of Learning (SEAL) programme is a UK government initiative designed to help children and young people develop social and emotional intelligence. Previously a secondary science and dance teacher, followed by many years as a parish priest, Ronni Lamont now works freelance as a writer, trainer and consultant, as well as editing www.assemblies.org.uk.
