Allie and Jeremy are heading up the King County Sheriff's Department's investigation as the Feds from the FBI and Homeland Security search in a different direction. Allie keeps her cool despite the pressure the Sheriff is putting on her. She continues her standard, methodical approach as she directs her husband/partner, Jeremy and the crew of detectives and criminologists under her command through a review of the evidence and the lead they need to catch the surprising killer.
