How can anyone say this is just an ok book? I absolutely loved this book! So much happens that will tug at your heart strings. How I ached for Luke and the turmoil he was under. This was well written, love making described with passion in mind, and not the erotic type. Many suspenseful moments that will have you not wanting to stop reading. (ljb)

Well the story line was interesring and overall cute between the characters. I just couldnt handle the ending. Well close to the ending.where luke gets inprisoned through me off so much that i had to skp over that part for a while. And i payed for this so it pains me to lose loving this book and the character's pain. But other wise great book. Wonderfull history.

This story begins in March, 1067 in England. The fighting, the brutality to soldiers and prisoners is shocking and brutal, but the practice of giving lands and mistresses to the winners which ended in love affairs , or not, was the main part of this story. Terrific read.

Felix is awesone anf Faithe is one of the best heroins I've read lately. Enjoyed the story. It is a "page turner".

This was a good book and the lead male is spot on; however, this book lacked some of the drama that the last books had. I was a bit disappointed because Luke had the temper for some nice dramatic scences. Also, the whole Orik storyline was dull for me. It was still a good book and is worth the read.

Okay book. Simple dialog and sex scenes with emotional drama. About 800 pages. The decision to save his brother from the wolves or go talk to his wife needed to be thought of really?

Does not disappoint. Just the right amount of sexual tension. Good word painting, well-described characters and descriptive narrative. This author never disappoints.

Set in 1067 Luke & Faithe must marry but soon fall in love despite the big secret in Luke's past. Lots of sexual tension between them, you can feel it. Very good read. Look for Alex's story (luke's brother) in Wild Wind.
