After a chaotic series of events, most escape except CaseOh (he's too fat). The survivors meet Smurf Cat and Larva, still lost in the Backrooms. Meanwhile, back in Sigma Land, something bad happens…

Skibidi Toilets start attacking! The remaining Sigmas hide in a Costco and plan to fight back. Ninja wants a low taper fade, Speed barks, and the place shakes. They realize only CaseOh can stop the Skibidis by "fanum taxing" them.
Back in the Backrooms, CaseOh struggles to escape. The Skibidi battle intensifies. More nonsense happens, and the story ends with absolute chaos
