Overview

"Socialism of any type and shade lead to a total destruction of the human spirit and to a leveling of mankind into death." —Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn June 8, 1978

Why the endless love affair with Marxist ideology? Despite repeated, abusive, failed relationships with Socialism, a sizable segment of each successive generation continues to be lured back to the domineering abuser. They are fixated on the abuser's captivating, hypnotic allure and promises that from here on out things will be different than in the past. When they say, "This time will be different," be concerned!! Socialism unendingly tries to convince humankind that individuals cannot survive and succeed without its saving intervention and control over our entire societal existence.
Let us explore the Marxist mentality and the deeper, darker origin of its inception as well as our own primordial beginnings, and how the two relate: how the first has always loomed over the second; how both proceed from an immemorial adversarial past and are always destined to clash.

About the Author

Tony grew up during the tense Cold War period between the Communist Eastern Bloc and the Capitalist Western Bloc. His father, a sergeant major in the army, served two tours in Vietnam. As young men, both he and his father loved their country and scouting. Both of them earned the rank of Eagle Scout. In 1974, Tony, a senior in high school, signed up for the draft. At the end of that same year as the war was drawing to a close, Tony decided to serve a two-year missionary service in Venezuela, a country deeply divided and polarized by political strife. This was a charitable endeavor paid for from tip money he earned and saved by working in the Army commissary and bagging groceries in Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri. The Vietnam War officially ended about three months after his arrival in Venezuela. Later, after returning home, he married his eternal companion. Among his many callings in his church, he has found particular satisfaction as a leader working with, and for, the welfare of the Hispanic community. As a career, he worked the high steel as a journeyman union ironworker building America and retired after thirty-five years of service. Virtually without a scratch, he has miraculously survived numerous accidents in life and falls from great heights that should have killed him. He believes in hard work and personal independence. Most of all he believes in providence and divine intervention in the affairs of humankind. He is passionate in his convictions.
