Pattie Logan is passionate about discovering places that inspire magical, emotional, and spiritual connections to nature. She is an Emmy Award winning TV producer and writer whose work features interesting humans, inspiring landscapes, and animals.

Pattie wrote the films that are shown in the visitor centers of Rocky Mountain National Park and Great Smoky Mountains National Park. She has been a reporter for CNN and TBS, covering environmental issues and solutions.

Pattie has a Master of Arts in American Studies from the University of New Mexico where she studied the complex relationship between people and nature.

She grew up primarily in Arizona and Colorado, meandering through desert washes and hiking up mountainsides, falling in love with the natural world.

In 1992, Cheryl earned a Bachelor of Arts in industrial/scientific photography from Brooks Institute of Photography, graduating with honors.
