Son of The Heretic King
After the accident Professor Robert Cooper wakes from his brain damaged state, inside King Tutankhamun's body, still with the knowledge he is Robert Cooper, and is told by Amun-Re what the gods require him to accomplish in the ten Egyptian years given to him. He is terrified of course, waking in the strange surroundings filled with strange and different people, and only the supporting influence given by the gods, keep him on an even keel. He experiences many adventures in the ten years he spends as King Tutankhamun, and he is fortunate that he as Professor Robert Cooper was England's living expert on Egypt's King Tutankhamun.

The ten year's of Egyptian time equals about six months of twenty first century time.Robert's own body while he is in Egypt in the spiritual sense, lays in the ICU ward in a London Hospital, in a very deep coma. As the years go by, he learns to be an able and active King of Egypt, with a number of good friends assisting him, and the friendship and love of his tame lion Ky, who never leaves his side. He fights a number of wars, with Egypt's enemies, makes love to many beautiful women, and manages to extradite himself from many problems that happen to ruling Kings of very large countries as was Ancient Egypt in the Eighteenth Dynasty.

About the Author

I am a 69 year old retired Consultant from Australia, having worked in my own Consultancy for five years, the Manufacturing Industry for ten years, Public Health Industry for nine years, and the Victorian Public Service for Nine years. I am tertiary qualified up to Post Graduate levels and I also did part-time teaching in TAFE Colleges. I am married with a wife and two children, plus five grandchildren and have I have lived at my current address for over forty years.

I have a number of hobbies and interests; I love reading books and often have four or five books on the go at any time. I play golf, and like to walk every day with my wife. Painting in Oils is another interest, and I have sold a number of works. In the interest of keeping my mind active I like to study and learn different languages and have studied French and Italian since retiring from work, and current studying the German.

I commenced oil painting at the age of 65 years, and started writing books at the age of 68 years of age, much to the amusement of my son Paul.

I also love Ancient Egypt, and have studied and read on the subject for the last twenty years.

Travelling is another great love of mine and I’ve visited Great Britain, New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, United States of America, Mexico, Germany, France, Austria, Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and Belgium.

I do voluntary work in my local community when I can.
