Don Winn is the award-winning author of the children’s novel The Knighting of Sir Kaye and ten picture books, including The Higgledy-Piggledy Pigeon, Superhero, Twitch the Squirrel and the Forbidden Bridge, Shelby the Cat, and many others.

Don has been writing for over 15 years. He started by writing poetry and then moved on to writing children’s picture books. After that, he decided to try writing chapter books for kids.
