CHAPTER 1
Spells That Are WHITE
Call the Spirit to ease your pain, A Witch's request will never wane. Pure love and truth will bare no lies, Allow the pain to wither and die.

Casper Crossing
Magickal Intention: This is a spell to help a ghost cross over to the other side. This is a great spell to use when you know for a fact there is a spirit who remains in a specific dwelling and needs to be crossed, for the sake of the spirit and for the live inhabitants of the dwelling.
Time: Full Moon, Moon hour
Tools: Two large white candles, Holy Smoke oil, Angel Blessing incense, a scrying mirror, ritual salt, and pinches of the following herbs: spearmint, rosemary, marjoram, garlic powder, and orris root.
Instructions: Anoint the two candles with Holy Smoke oil. Light the candles and the incense. If the ghost is active in a specific house, perform this ritual in the heart of the activity area. If the ghost is someone that you know personally, then perform this ritual where you feel the strongest vibration. With mortar and pestle, grind together to a powdery substance: salt, spearmint, rosemary, marjoram, garlic powder, and orris root. When all the ingredients are completely ready, cast a magick circle. Call in the Four Towers to assist this spirit in crossing. Place the scrying mirror in the center of the circle. Place one of the two candles in the center of the mirror. The other candle should be placed in front of you. Sprinkle the herbs around the scrying mirror in a complete circle. Recite the incantation and wait for the ghost to come. Plead with this ghost to cross over to the other side. Assure this ghost that there is more danger in this dimension than in the one they are to cross over to. Be insistent. When you feel the ghost "bending" to your will, recite the incantation again. You will see the flame of the candle in the scrying mirror move vigorously when the ghost crosses over. Thank the angels and the Goddess and God for their gracious assistance. Open the circle.
Incantation:
Full Moon opens Heaven's gate,
The Light and Angels illuminate.
Pathway opens to invite,
The wayward soul to unite.
Demons cannot touch you here,
Release your hold and your fear.
Angels lift this heavy soul,
Take the spirit and control.
Mighty Angels of the Towers,
I invoke Your mighty powers!
Bonds be lifted and release,
Take the spirit to find peace.

Truth Serum
Magickal Intention: This is a ritual to generate truth and honesty to flow when communicating. This spell works particularly well with people in romantic relationships.
Time: Waning Wednesday, Mercury hour
Tools: One large white candle, Purity oil, Moonlight incense, small amounts of horehound herb, eyebright, one raw walnut without the shell, spearmint tea, water, and honey.
Instructions: Anoint the white candle with Purity oil. Light the candle and the incense. In an earthen type pot or teakettle, steep the herbs of horehound and eyebright. Add to the mixture a raw powdered walnut. Recite the incantation over the brew. Now add the spearmint tea. Sweeten with honey. Serve to the person with whom you would like to have direct and honest communication. While the tea is working on the inside of that person, the honesty will flow without hesitation. Be prepared to ask direct questions, as well as answer questions honestly. This brew works both ways. Do not use this spell if you are afraid to hear the truth or are unable to speak the truth.
Incantation:
Serum of Truth,
Honesty Brew.
Reveal the answers,
I ask of you.
Break the barriers,
Untie the knot.
Tell me the truth,
As I cast this lot.

To Cleanse the Heart
Magickal Intention: This spell will help a person achieve purity of heart. The person using this spell needs to "want" to have a positive and clean outlook. People who have negative hearts tend to like their negativity. This is for those who truly want to change.
Time: Hare Moon, Sun hour
Tools: One large white candle, Lavender oil, Purity incense, one red apple sliced into eight sections with all of the seeds from the apple, and two cups of water.
Instructions: Anoint the candle with the Lavender oil. Light the candle and the incense. The eight slices of apple represent eight problems that prevent you from having a pure heart. Dedicate each slice to a specific problem. As you do this, eat the slice of apple. As you chew, extend forgiveness and resolution to this problem. Do this until all eight slices have been eaten. Dig a hole near a fruit-bearing tree and bury the seeds of the apple. Place the two cups of water over the seeds to make them grow. Recite the incantation. The idea is not to grow an apple tree, but rather to grow purity of heart within you. This will help you to no longer dwell on the past problems that prevented your growth, but instead celebrate the new peace that is growing within you. By the time the full moon shines, you will feel the difference.
Incantation:
Light of Goddess to fill my heart,
Divide the darkness and make it part.
Cleanse with purity for all to know,
The Witch be-witched a heart to glow.
Apple slices with precious seeds,
Forgive, cleanse, release, and proceed.
No longer plagued with ghosts of gray,
Release the darkness and all dismay.
Filled with Light from Goddess divine,
Surge my heart with a glowing shine.
No doubts, no fears, for all is free,
Illuminate my life for all to see.

Revenge of the Five-Finger Discount
Magickal Intention: This is a spell to help discover a thief. It works really well when the thievery has occurred recently rather than it being a cold case.
Time: Waning Wednesday, Saturn hour
Tools: One large white candle, Mystic Veil oil, Exodus incense, one black taper candle, a large piece of white parchment, black ink, and one black poppet.
Instructions: Anoint the white candle with Mystic Veil oil. Light the candle and the incense. On the white parchment, draw a picture of all of the items that were stolen with black ink. Be specific. Anoint the black taper candle with Mystic Veil oil. Light the candle. Ignite the parchment by the flame of the black candle. Scoop up all of the cooled ashes and place them inside of the black poppet. Sew the poppet shut. Suffumigate the poppet in widdershins motion. With the black candle still lit, drop the hot wax all over the poppet. Recite the incantation. Do this ritual for seven consecutive nights at the Saturn hour until the person is revealed to you. The thief will wear a smudge of black on the clothing or the face which will reveal his or her identity to you. It is possible that the smudge may even appear on a photograph. This spell is to reveal the identity of the thief, but what you do from that point is up to you.
Incantation:
Black be thief, black as night,
Curse your fingers in your plight.
Smudge you now with melted wax,
Smudge you later with the ax.
Show thy face, show the smudge,
Show the world what you have done.
Guilt left the blackened stain,
Recognizing unlawful gain.
Magnify the brazen thief,
Writhing in the awful grief.
Illuminate the lying face,
Smudged black in disgrace.

Toasting Marshmallows
Magickal Intention: This spell is to cleanse a dwelling from a negative force or from a negative history. Sometimes ghosts are involved and sometimes dwellings just hold on to negative memories that need to be released.
Time: Waning Sunday, Saturn hour Tools: One large white candle, Exodus oil, Drive and Bind incense, small amounts of aloe, juniper berries, mallow, lilac, garlic, onion salt, and one cup of vegetable lard.
Instructions: Anoint the candle with Exodus oil. Light the candle and the incense. With mortar and pestle, grind together the aloe, juniper berries, mallow, lilac, garlic, and onion salt. Grind to a powder-like substance. Visualize the power of the Goddess and God going into the mixture. Add in one cup of vegetable lard and mix well. Place the entire mixture into a metal can or fireproof container and place on top of the candle and melt to a liquid. When the mixture is in liquid form, add a few drops of Exodus oil. Recite the first incantation. Stir well. Allow the mixture to solidify to a gooey paste. The mixture is to be applied with your fingers in the sign of the pentagram to all doors and windows inside the dwelling. With every pentagram that is drawn, recite the second incantation. The dwelling will be free of negative energy after the first full moon has passed.
Incantation #1:
White and cleansing with the aloe,
Positive flow precedes the mallow.
Juniper and lilac take control,
Garlic and onion at the soul.
Negative energy now repelled,
Evil gone and expelled.
Power of Exodus stars and stains,
Deities bless this clean domain.
So Mote It Be.
Incantation #2:
With the power of three times three,
I banish thee, I banish thee!
Negative energy is no more,
Pentagram guards every door.
So Mote It Be.
Blow Darts
Magickal Intention: This is a spell to break a hex or curse that has been placed upon you. Sometimes people can shout profanities that will stick to your energy level. This will remove all the bad energy that others put upon you.
Time: Hare Moon, Saturn hour
Tools: One white candle, Uncrossing oil, Uncrossing incense, 13 straight pins, one black cloth, one potato, and one egg.
Instructions: Anoint the candle with Uncrossing oil. Light the candle and the incense. Suffumigate the potato in the incense in widdershins motion. Wrap the black cloth over the potato. Insert the 13 straight pins through the cloth and into the potato. Crack the egg over the potato and let the egg slide off of it. Blow on each and every straight pin and visualize the hex going through the pin and into the potato. Recite the incantation. When you feel the hex leave you and transfer to the potato, unwrap the cloth with the pins in tact and bury it far from you and your home. The potato should be buried also, but separately from the cloth and pins. If for any reason the potato retains a straight pin, you will need to repeat this spell.
Incantation:
Thirteen pins in the poppet,
Hex be broken. Now I stop it.
Curse be over. Curse be done.
I succeed. I have won.
Bad luck stays within the black,
I am not under attack.
Curse be buried and destroyed,
My days are now filled with joy.

Serenity Now
Magickal Intention: This spell is used to call in the angels to assist the victims of suicide cross over to the other side. It will enable them to no longer be Earthbound.
Time: Full Moon, Sun hour
Tools: Three white candles, Holy Smoke oil, Angel Blessing incense, a picture of the deceased, and a bouquet of Lily of the Valley flowers.
Instruction: Anoint the three candles with Holy Smoke oil. Light the candles and the incense. Suffumigate the loved one's picture in deosil motion 10 times. Call his or her name and ask for him or her to come to you now. Wait until you feel his or her presence before you continue. When you feel your loved one, say your formal good-byes. Say everything that you want them to know. Tell them that you forgive them and you will see them again someday. Take off your shoes and hold the bouquet of flowers in your power hand. Recite the incantation. When the Angels come, you are standing upon holy ground. Be humble and hospitable to them. Thank the angels for coming for your loved one and escorting them to Heaven. Feel the blissful separation as your loved one is crossed over from this world into the next.
Incantation:
Escorting Angels of Heaven's gate,
I summon Your presence upon this date.
My loved one waits within the veil,
Earth no longer becomes the jail.
Shine the Light and show the way,
Embrace this soul with love I pray.
Serenity now will fill our hearts,
Till next we meet; Merry Part.
So Mote It Be.
Tainted Hearts
Magickal Intention: This spell is used when you or another Witch has a negative attitude towards someone or something. This spell will help get the right energy back into motion instead of focusing on things that no longer matter.
Time: Full Moon, Sun hour
Tools: One white candle, Forgiveness oil, Friendship incense, two white paper hearts, a white crayon, and a pink crayon.
Instruction: Anoint the candle with the oil. Light the candle and the incense. On one white paper heart, write in white crayon what was upsetting you and causing you to have a bad attitude. On the other white paper heart, write with white crayon all the things you love about the person. Place the two hearts back to back to each other. With the pink crayon, lightly shade the heart so the white lettering stands out. Do this on both hearts. Suffumigate them in widdershins motion. Recite the incantation. Light them on fire by the white candle and release the cooled ashes to the wind. Your attitude will adjust back to normal within three days.
Incantation:
Return to normal and balance my heart,
Clockwise turn and upheaval to part.
Forgiveness is the truth I seek,
To make me strong and never weak.
My soul will not harbor falseness in pride,
I take the high road with ego in stride.
Make me know the truth in restraint,
My heart is pure and will never taint.

The Virgin's Grave
Magickal Intention: This spell will help to release jealousy from your life. It is for those who suffer from envy and jealousy at a deep level. However, it will not make others jealous of you.
Time: Hare Moon, Sun Hour
Tools: One white candle, Purity oil, White Solstice incense, graveyard dirt from a female virgin's grave, St. Mary's medallion, and a handful of Dead Sea salt.
Instructions: When you are retrieving the graveyard dirt from a young virgin's grave, place the St. Mary's medallion in the spot in which you have taken the dirt. This will pacify the spirit and make her energy move with you. Anoint the candle with the Purity oil. Light the candle and the incense. Go to a river and wash your body with the graveyard dirt. Then wash your body with the salt from the Dead Sea. Step into the river and recite the incantation. As you are rinsing the jealousy from your body, you will actually feel a release of energy that will keep you from feeling jealous ever again.
Incantation:
Mighty river, powerful and zealous,
Wash from me what makes me jealous.
Sweetest virgin and salt from sea,
Cleanse me now and set me free.
No longer will I feel the pain,
Of the jealousy that used to reign.
Within my soul and in my heart,
Free the negative from the start.

Stage Left
Magickal Intention: This is a spell to cleanse a performer's stage area from any negativity and make it free from bad energy. Performers and actors are usually cautious and sensitive to energy and are easily affected by it. They know how important their performance may be.
Time: Hare Moon, Mercury hour
Tools: One white candle, Aura Cleansing oil, Moonlight incense, a small white button, and a white feather.
Instructions: Anoint the candle with Aura Cleansing oil. Light the candle and the incense. Carefully sew the white button on the inside of a costume. Place the white feather on the backstage mirror. No matter which side the actor enters the stage on, recite the incantation on the left side before the performance begins.
Incantation:
Mighty Spirits of theatre and stage,
Give me compassion, give me rage!
Cleanse the energies pearly white,
Luck be with all of us tonight.
So Mote It Be.
Scatter Magick
Magickal Intention: This spell works for those who are having a really bad day or are in the beginning stages of bad luck. It will end the bad luck cycle. It is easy and effective to scatter the bad energy to the winds.
Time: Any moon phase. This spell should be done after the third piece of bad luck or bad energy has been noticed.
Tools: One white candle, Amulet oil, Jinx Remover incense, white parchment, blue ink pen, one piece of star anise, a piece of a grapefruit with the peel, a whisker from a black cat, and a quarter.
Instructions: Anoint the candle with Amulet oil. Light the candle and the incense. Write down the three or more instances of bad luck that have recently happened. Concentrate on them as you write. Place the grapefruit peel, star anise, and whisker on top of the white parchment. Fold them into a tight square. Take a bite of the bitter grapefruit. Concentrate on the good energy that needs to fill your day. Light the parchment on fire and watch it burn away the bad luck. Turn a circle three times widdershins and scatter the ashes to the wind while reciting incantation number one. When finished, wait exactly one hour and toss the quarter into the air. Recite incantation number two and you will receive your answer.
