Star Blue Soldier
In 1860, Killian Kilkenny, a twenty-eight-year old man trapping beaver in New Mexico, encounters and kills a Navajo Indian. He is startled when the dead man bursts into flame and disappears, in a flash of blue light, as a ribbon of smoke rising into the sky. The Navajo was a Sky Warrior and he has unwittingly passed his extraordinary alien nature to Killian.
From that moment Killian's life is changed for ever, as he finds he has become an alien Blue, with the power to transform like a chameleon into any human form. He is also practically immortal.

In the decades that follow Killian will serve in many wars, as a cavalryman, a secret agent and a mercenary, among many other guises. He will win and lose many good friends along the way. He will also gain a deadly enemy in Lupan, an evil Blue Warrior whose one desire is to kill the white man who has persecuted his people.

The day will come when Killian and Lupan must meet in a final conflict to decide which of them is stronger. With such powers at their disposal, it is clear that only one of them will come out of it alive...
