About the Author

John Gray is currently Senior Minister, St Paul's Church, Castle Hill, Sydney. He has over 30 years experience in leading churches and serving on boards/councils. Success has been a mark of his leadership as has burn out, which nearly took him out. After a major rebuild in 2007 the team he leads is energetic, creative, resourceful and is seeing fruit for labour. He has had the opportunity to share leadership lessons in East Africa, SE Asia, Colombia and various Australian states. He's been married to Robyn since 1984. They have three great young adult children. Surfing, coffee and deep reflection stimulated by any action movie are welcome 'friends'. His blue cattledog- cross is a constant shadow at home.
