About the Author

James Tacy Cozad lives in Northern New Mexico with his partner, Sarah, and their collection of Borzoi. If he isn’t writing, doing projects around their 150 year old adobe home, or dancing tango, he and Sarah are camping and hiking in the mountains and deserts of New Mexico and Colorado. In past lives, he has been a house carpenter, an engineer, and a professor of mathematics. His daughter, Dara, of whom he is most proud, is a traditionally published poet. He is still waiting for her facility with language to rub off on him.
