In 2014 the National Board began revising and streamlining the National Board Certification Process. This new 3.0 version of the WHAT WORKS! series reflects the revisions to Components 3 and 4. About the Author

Bobbie Faulkner is a veteran of 38 years in K-6 classrooms. She certified as a Middle Childhood Generalist in 1999, renewed in 2009, and has been a National Board Candidate Support Provider for hundreds of candidates in her district, state, and through online support groups.
