About the Author

Keith Gardner is president of eMRI, a consulting and training firm specializing in Lean Six Sigma and process improvement. For the past 16 years, he has specialized in assisting organizations with the implementation of Lean Six Sigma programs. This has included working with executive leadership on strategic and cultural issues, as well as coordinating and leading the training and mentoring of Green Belts, Black Belts, and Master Black Belts.
Prior to entering the consulting business, Keith held a series of positions in manufacturing, continuous improvement, and engineering. Most recently, prior to joining eMRI, he was director of engineering for a firm serving Fortune 500 clients.
Keith received his MBA from the University of Michigan where he graduated with high distinction. He also holds a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
