Marissa Williams, Rachel Rankins, Amber Anderson Smith, and Alexis Walters met at Missouri's Maryville University while pursuing a English degrees. They became fast friends while bonding over a love of literature and writing. Currently, all four ladies reside in St. Louis, Missouri where they work full-time with different organizations.
