Dr. Matthew Hughes is Associate Professor in the Department of Politics and History at Brunel University, England. He is the author of, among other titles, 1915: The Lines are Drawn and coauthor of Losing the Peace: Failed Settlements and the Road to War.

Dr. Chris Mann is a senior lecturer in the Department of War Studies at the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, England. His books include Norwegian Armed Forces in Exile 1940–45 and Tank Warfare.
