Overview

Detective Rick Frost washes up in the sleepy Los Angeles exurb of Santa Isidora after being cashiered by the LAPD. He is a former U.S. Foreign Service officer whose assignments included Italy, Antigua, Lithuania, Ireland and Jamaica as well as Washington, D.C. He lives in Seattle.
