About the Author

Omar is an Emirati from Abu Dhabi. He holds a degree in Avionics Engineering, currently works in Tourism. Writing has always been a passion for him from a young age. In the late ’90s, he began sharing his poetry on his website and online forums. He wrote under the aliases MalcomX & Taintlessness. In the early 2000’s he was featured in Kul Al Ousra Magazine as a young talented poet and writer. He collaborated with many artists that needed words for their work and won a few awards. He collaborated with Mohammed Saeed Harib, the creator of FREEJ (aka Lammtara, at the time), who created artworks from his poems: “Unnoticed” and “True Love is Yet to Come”. Omar has written more than 250 poems and has a couple of novels in the pipeline.
