About the Author

Lesley Roessing, was a middle and high school teacher for over twenty years and Sr Lecturer, College of Education, Armstrong State University for nine years, working with K-12 teachers as Founding Director of the Coastal Savannah Writing Project. She now serves as Literacy Consultant at a K-8 school. This is her fifth book on literacy for teachers.
