About the Author

Ricardo Jarvis is a distinguished U.S. Air Force Veteran and trailblazer, recognized as one of the first African Americans to earn an Air Force Bootstrap Scholarship, which allowed him to complete his undergraduate studies at Troy University in Alabama. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Science and a Master's Degree in Management, both from Troy University.

As an Educator, Mr. Jarvis has served as a Professor at Florida Technical College in Cutler Bay, Miami, Florida, where he taught Business Management courses, and as a Tutor at the University of the West Indies (UWI), Cave Hill Campus in Barbados, mentoring students in Management. His teaching experience spans diverse student demographics, reflecting his ability to connect with learners from all walks of life.

With over 26 years of entrepreneurial and consulting experience, Mr. Jarvis has worked across the United States, the United Kingdom, Jamaica, St. Lucia, Trinidad, Barbados, and Guyana. He specializes in Information Technology (IT), Business Analysis, and Consulting, helping businesses innovate, scale, and improve efficiency. During his time in Tanzania Africa in 2024, Mr. Jarvis authored and published two eBooks on Amazon: VOIP Termination Business for Profit and Ancestral Journey to Africa, sharing his expertise and personal insights.

Mr. Jarvis holds certifications as a Certified Senior Business Analyst and an AI Business Consultant, underscoring his commitment to leveraging technology and strategic planning to drive results for Businesses and Governments alike.
