About the Author

Harold R. Daniels (c. 1920-1986) was an American crime novelist who wrote six novels and a number of short stories in his career spanning the 1950s to the 1970s. His first novel, IN HIS BLOOD, earned an Edgar Award nomination when it was published in 1955. His novel THE HOUSE ON GREENAPPLE ROAD was made into a TV movie in 1970.
