William R. Mott, Ph.D., is a speaker, author, teacher, and leader in the school and nonprofit world. Bill’s successful career includes being Head of two private schools, President of a small college, Director of a historic house museum, and Director of Development of a nationally recognized university. He currently serves as the oordinator of the Master’s program in Independent School Leadership at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN. Bill earned his Ph.D. in educational leadership from Vanderbilt University, consults with various NPOs and conducts retreats focusing on organizational and board governance.
