The company provides support, advice and capital to businesses providing web services, data security and IT infrastructure management. Mr. Dramis serves (and has served) on numerous public, private and advisory boards for various companies. Mr. Dramis was formerly the ChiefInformation, Ecommerce and SecurityOfficer for BellSouth. Beforejoining BellSouth, Mr. Dramisfounded CIO Strategy, Inc., aninformation technology consultingfirm. At that firm, Mr. Dramis ledtechnology transformation efforts atCitibank, Coopers and Lybrand, NASD and Bankers Trust. Prior to CIO Strategy, Mr. Dramis was managing director and CIO at Salomon Brothers.
