A price, a princess, and a promise.

Wolfie Young is a bloodling, a rare shifter born in wolf rather than in human form. Although he has trouble handling simple human interactions, the alpha soon finds his niche as the benevolent dictator of a pack of outcasts and misfits.

But while struggling to grow into his responsibilities, Wolfie falls into Crazy Wilder's trap. The grizzled old shifter's dominance ranks him above all other werewolves in the region, and Wilder shores up that position by tricking up-and-coming young alphas into promising undesignated future favors.

Wolfie flounders as he attempts to wriggle out from beneath Crazy Wilder's thumb without harming his clan. But he's soon left wondering --- does he really want to sever all ties after meeting a pack princess who turns out to be his opponent's enticing daughter?

This bundle contains the complete novel-length serial, including Bloodling Wolf, In Deep Shift, Two Scents' Worth, Feint of Heart, and Hair Apparent.

I loved reading Wolf Young’s story from rejected bloodline to true Alpha of his own pack. Wolf is grows from a wolf struggling with his human half to an Alpha with a strong set of morals. This background story really helps set the scene for Terra’s story by showing how Wolfie always felt connected to her and how her father (Crazy Wilder) manipulated actions even then.

I loved these books, although, I wish they had more about after Wolfie meet Terra. I hope to read all the rest of the books by this author.

A very good read that is not the same old werewolf storyline. This one will be tugging at your heart strings for Wolfie and his misfit pack. Plenty of action and a touch of romance.

Good story. It seems that even at his birth, he does things his way. Wolfie doesn't always think things through before acting, or rather, he chooses to think mostly in wolf form. Will he ever grow up and use both parts of his brain? I am ready to read the next book and find out if he finds his mate.

The beginning started at a good pace slowly building from a young brain to a lupine brain and human brain. Differences of bloodling and werewolves and their human forms were dissected carefully to bring you up to speed. I followed each descriptive detail carefully absorbing it and forming quite a picture of each character. From his terrible moment of birth to finding his milk brother Chase and mother Tia who possesses the softest heart in the village. Wolfie Young grew to a humble caring bloodling for misfits such as his own kind and halfies in the mystical world of werewolves. Shifting to human form and back becomes quite an event in this story but his discovery of what he was meant to be and had become, I liked a lot. Of course the male testosterone vibe blasted throughout the story and I wouldn’t want it any other way. The story simple and easy to read however I found myself getting impatient than the problem with Justin got me intrigued. From there things drastically changes enters Wade and Fen and Challenges, Alpha submissions and compulsion, loyalty either questioned or not, Chief Wilder aka Crazy Wilder, breaking the peace, trickery and enticement? Okay what about the ‘swear to obey’ huh? You got to read the story to find out. Now Wolfe Young daydreams about someone and here is the thing I was tricked, well not really I got confused than I recovered. Their were two of them, two estranged daughters. Now cyber buddy and hackers, banking portal and computer security. Believe you not Wolfie Young helped a no good sleaze that held an odor of stink, why? No telling. Now this part caused a fit of laughter, picture this, three cuddly werewolves collapsed into a lupine heap atop the bed, not what you think and I laughed so hard. Fen a tough cookie a fourteen year old who wasn’t scared of five arrogant male and Wade a hidden talent, devoted pack mates he can depend on, both proved their loyalty throughout. But the two most important people in his life, his milk brother Chase his second in charge and the one person who can read him without any words spoken and his loving Tia to whom he owes his life too. Now you think this is it, not even, more to come I'm sure of it, why? Wolfie Young is still searching. I was entertained to the hilt, why? Excellent writing with great storytelling abilities and quite the imagination. I received a free digital download in exchange for a review. Thank you, aka Darlene Cruz

AWESOME! I have always loved Wolfie, Terra and the rest of the pack. This set was fantastic as it gave me the background and filler information that I had been dying to know about Wolfie’s life before Terra all in one sitting. Of course that was a double edged, since at one point I had to close the book and take a break not believing what had happened. This serial could probably be read without reading any of the other Wolfie and Terra stories. But the best ah-ha & oh-no moments are better appreciated if this is read after those. There are author notes before some sections about the timelines if you wanted to read everything in order. Bloodling Wolf – Who Wolfie is and how he came to have a pack outcasts. From the moment he is born, Wolfie is already an outcast and yet he survives to go on with his on pack. In Deep Shift – Wolfie begins to really understand being an alpha and leading a pack. Wolfie’s brother calls on him to support him at All Pack and Wolfie finds that it’s time to make a stand. Being Two Scents’ Worth – This packed a punch. I had no clue what was waiting for me in this book. The fact that Wolfie had known about Chief Wilder’s children long before meeting Terra. This was Wolfie stretching and growing into his full size pack leader. Feint of Heart – This is the place where I had to walk away from the book for a while. Wolfie takes on a challenge and almost fails it. It’s where I was a little in disbelief at Wolfie. Fen really stood up and showed her alpha potential here. Hair Apparent – Wolfie faces some real challenges. While the challenges start outside of his pack, it does affect his pack and how he must lead. At the end there is the twist that makes you wonder if Chief Wilder was so crazy after all and did he really win in the end.
