Last year, I used my own 100 day program to complete my first organized Stair Climb, the 2011 America Lung Association Philadelphia Fight for Air Climb, a 50 story, 1088 step climb. I made my way up to the top in 10 minutes and 37 seconds, good for 9th our of 35 in my age group.
You may be able to follow the same plan and be ready in 100 days also.
