Overview

Mystery fans wall have difficultly putting down Frits Forrer’s latest novel, Curse of the Black Mamba. To say Curse of the Black Mamba is a page turner would be a gross understatement.
From the diamond mines of South Africa to the Jersey shores and numerous places in between, Forrer keeps readers on the edge of their seats as the venom of Africa’s most dangerous and feared snake, known as the “Shadow of Death,” takes revenge on all who would attempt to seize the wealth the curse of the Black Mamba was created to protect.
A fast moving, highly exciting story which has become a Frits Forrer trademark. A mystery of the highest caliber. Highly recommended.

About the Author

Born in Belgium of Dutch parentage, Frits grew up along the German Border in Eastern Holland, enduring five years of German occupation and relentless bombing by the Allies.
This led to his first book, Five Years Under The Swastika.
At age twenty, the Royal Netherlands Air Force shipped him to the U.S. for training with the U.S.A.F., earning his wings in October of ’53. After completing ‘gunnery’ in Arizona, the young pilots returned to their home country flying the F-84 Thunderjet. Result; The Fun Of Flying.
Upon completion of his military duty, Frits came back to America, this time as an Immigrant. After twenty years in the New York Metropolitan Area, Frits and his young family, (one girl, one boy,) moved to Tampa, Florida, where he became a General Contractor, which was the basis for; Tampa Justice, No Money, No Justice.
He stayed active in the flying business, maintaining a Commercial and Instructors’ rating, flying with many Flying Clubs and the Civil Air Patrol.
On a trip to Arizona, he met his present wife Katy whom he married in 2000.
During Hurricane Ivan, they lost their home and most of their possessions and decided to spend the rest of their lives on a boat. They now live on a 51 foot Cruiser, where Frits hammers out his novels and they sing their hearts out with several choirs and entertainment groups. He visits his old Squadron and his many relatives in Holland on a yearly basis and lives a happy and active life, speaking, singing, boating and writing.
