Following his failed assassination attempt on Jon Drake, A.J. Walker decides to return to England after his best friend Rava Blackwell saves his life after Vladimir Ramirez shot him off a cliff.
When Walker returns, he is in for a surprise when his ex-wife Evangeline, an MI5 agent, shows up at his house with a plan to arrest him for all his crimes. While this happens, a bomb goes off.
