About the Author

Meenal Pandya has been writing about India and its culture for almost two decades observing the lifestyle and issues of Indians living outside of India or as they are most popularly known as NRIs (Non-Resident Indians). She is also highly involved with cultural issues within the Indian immigrant community through seminars and community organizations. She has been living in U.S. for last thirty years and has raised two daughters. Meenal has written four books and hundreds of articles touching on the issues of the cultural life of Indians.
