I had previously read books by this author and I enjoyed these three books just as much! I enjoy her style of writing and found the characters quirky and sometimes annoying/ sometimes endearing. I look forward to reading more books written by Liliana!

If you are a murder mystery fan, this series is amazing!! Liliana Hart is a mixture of Dean R. Koontz and Bentley Little. She writes so eliquently and is fierce in detail. Honestly a top novelist!!!

Excellent read

Good series, very entretaining. Didn't care much for the second book as the main character appears weak, but the other two books are great.

. . . the copy editor needs to get on the ball with the out of control Spellcheck. Numerous instances where Spellcheck has turned a plural noun into a possessive one with an inappropriate apostrophe. Yes, I've had it happen to me, too, but I'm not being paid to edit copy.

The mysteries were good, but there was too much descriptive sex. I would like to read more about J.J.'s father.

well he might like you umm but if you only meet at concerts and stuff then you wouldnt see him often so that would be a difficult relationship but worth a shot

I must say that I suppose it makes sense for the authors and publishers to group together several books by the same author. This group of mysteries involves J.J. Graves, coroner and funeral home owner, and the local sheriff. It seems that they have known each other from childhood, but are now falling in love with each other. Naturally, HE is the best looking man to walk the earth, and she is no slouch, herself. Add that to Jay's discovery that her father did NOT die years back. Of course, she knows that Mom and Dad are not her real parents. If there are deaths in her locale, she has to prepare them for burial. Somewhat fanciful.
