About the Author

Hi, I'm Stevie MacFarlane. I live in a small rural community in Upstate NY, and I have been writing off and on for about twenty years in my spare time, although there wasn't much of that with a husband, five children and an assortment of supposedly domesticated pets.

Over the course of my life I have been a waitress, social worker, cook, sewing machine operator and a fine die cutter. I swear I had no idea what I was doing, but apparently the ability to take a wire finer than a strand of hair, sharpen it and feed it through a wire die, was enough for them to keep me on. I also worked for a very short time in a meat packing plant where I got to stand in front of a machine that spit boxes of frozen chicken at me, that was fun!

Then there was the plastic plant I enjoyed for a spell. The heat and smell were bad enough, but the excess hot plastic needed to be pulled off the parts and put into a grinder. I believe they called this byproduct 'spew' or some such thing. I was not quite fast enough to separate the parts and still get the excess into the shredder, (picture Lucy in the chocolate factory) so I just tossed it behind me until they came to break me for lunch. By that time I had a mountain of twisted plastic taller than me! Needless to say, I just turned in my gear and went home.

So I must say that I enjoy what I'm doing now. Of course, being retired gives me more time to let the characters in my head entertain me and hopefully, you as well. I would love hearing from you at and thanks for stopping by.

Another fantastic addition to the series and unfortunately, the conclusion. I loved everything about this book and was thrilled that Erica and John and Susan and Marcus get their HEA. I think I will have to read them all over again. I am sorry to see the series end, frankly. If you haven't read any of the others, what are you waiting for? Buy them all and enjoy!

Where Dominate Men and Submissive Women Find True Love Although this is a series, I feel the book can easily read as a standalone without missing out. Many of the people are in each book, and we learn more about them.  Susan and Marcus are back and go through a rough patch but their love is strong. We see the wedding of Sam and Jo.  Erica through John learns that sometimes it is okay to allow your inner child to make a showing, as long as it isn't bratty. This story covers many characters that are interwoven together, spankings are plenty, sex is moderate, mild age play and anal play.

This is a awesome story It is filled with romance and action The males are strong loving take charge guys who will do anything for their feisty sweet gals Even if it means putting them over their knee to help them out The story takes on a journey with them as this is the last book in the series I would recommend reading the other ones first Each book is great and adds to each story with it's own plot

This is the last book in the Sugar Babies series and I am so sad!  I love this series!  I really hope that Ms. MacFarlane decides to write about these characters again.  This story starts out with Erica.  She is Sam’s secretary and she had a fling with John in Las Vegas.  Erica is confused about it because she allowed John to spank her.  It confuses her and she hasn’t been able to figure it out in her mind.  She decides that she needs to get John matched so that he will be off limits to her.  But, John doesn’t want to be matched, he wants Erica.  He decides that she needs a Daddy and starts buying her little girl gifts.  These make her feel loved, but she feels that she needs to be alone.  John has his work cut out for him to get Erica to admit she loves him.  We also check in with Susan and Marcus.  Susan feels neglected with Marcus working so much on his next book.  She feels lonely and when someone from Marcus’s past shows up, she leaves rather deal with it.  We also look in on the other couples but, it is more of just a checkup.  This story focuses on Marcus and Susan and John and Erica.  This is a very well written story and it ties up all the loose strands from the previous stories.  Wonderful!  5 stars.

This is the end of the series, but the first I’ve read. The story can stand alone, but it makes me want to read the other stories to find out more of the details. I appreciated the thoughtfulness John put into his seedling relationship with Erica. I’d like to read a follow up story about them to see how they work things out. I wanted Marcus to be more dominant, but, again, I need to read his story to find out if that’s a fair request. If the other stories are as entertaining as this one, it will be worth the time and expense.

This is the final book in the Sugar Babies series. It is a very sweet, thought provoking book. Erica has been working with Sugar Babies since its inception and yet hasn’t truly thought about the fact that she desperately would like to find her own perfect match. She struggles against her deepest needs but finds that John sees through her defenses and does all he can to get her to see that she needs to give herself a chance to let herself be a child again. John persuades her to agree to spend her vacation with him. Once they are on ‘vacation’ together, he offers anything and everything he imagines she might need to find healing and she takes only what she needs. Meanwhile, Susan is fighting her insecurities about Marcus’ love, especially when a woman shows up and introduces herself as Marcus’ fiancé. Not trusting his declarations of love, she flees but he refuses to let her go. I loved the characters and believe you will as well. Very well done, Ms. Macfarlane!

Althouh the preview hinte that there would be agrplay, most of the book dealt with a relationship that contained no elements of ageplay. The relationship that had ageplay was disappointing because ultimately the woman decided not to play. Conseual play is a given so that decision was legitmate. What was disappointing was that the book implied ageplay and then did not deliver

Great  ending to a wonderful series I absolutely loved how the author handled  Erica and John's relationship.  Especially  how she handled the age-play angle of the story.  The more traditional age-play books just don't work for me. .  But this story had me engaged. I could understand, even identify with Erica's need to feel cherished and cared for on such an elemental way.  Erica's self awareness of what worked and what didn't work for her and why was inspired.   Susan and Marcus' side story added so much too.  The wedding at the end(no spoiler as to whose), with all the other couples there was a great way to tie everything together.  If you haven't had the pleasure to read this series, there is a guilty pleasure waiting for you.  Definitely start with book one so you don't miss one special moment in these characters' lives.

5.0 out of 5 stars wonderful last match  This was the final book in the Sugar Babies series. What a great ending. Most of the past characters appear and tell their final ending. Erica and John are the main couple and how they get together is funny, sexy  lots of spanking a lots of fun. Marcus and Susan also have a finish to their story with Marcus finally getting insight into Susan's needs. I hated for the book to end and maybe Stevie will come up with another match, hint hint.

This was a fun read. The chemistry between John and Erica was great but the storyline between Susan and Marcus was even more exciting. Erica and John were great together and I loved reading about them trying to forge a relationship. John and Erica were great together, and communicated very well. While Erica tried to resist John, he was persistent and sweet and romantic and quickly won her over. I enjoy a little more build up and conflict in my books, which is why I loved the secondary characters of Marcus and Susan. Erica and John provided a sweet, romantic story and Susan and Marcus was already a couple but had conflict and angst. Great read, I would highly recommend it.

K. Tyler: I totally enjoyed this book. This is John and Erica story although we are caught up on previous characters as well. John is a potential client who has his eye on Erica. Erica unconsciously has been sabotaging matches for John. Finally John makes his intentions known and the sparks fly. Although this is mostly about John and Erica, Marcus and Susanne issues are addressed as well. I would not have a complaint had this been a longer story. However, I felt slightly cheated from learning and experiencing more of John and Erica’s story. I felt their relationship was rushed and I wanted more not just because I enjoy the series but I felt like there is more to be told. I do hope the title isn’t literal. I really want more! Overall this was a enjoyable quick read.

I have loved the characters in this series. This book brings together the characters that you have loved from the previous books.  You will enjoy the rest of story about Marcus and Susan.  And what ever happened with Erica and John. This is a must read story. There is plenty of romance, adventure and of course spankings.

The best books are the ones you just can't put down once you start them. This is one of those books. This author always delivers that kind of story. Who wouldn't want to be chosen by a millionaire to be their adored wife even if discipline were part of the package.? This story is about 2 couples who have met through an exclusive agency that matches millionaires with perspective wives since they don't have the time to pursue them on their own. Marcus and Susan have been together a while but she is feeling insecure and unloved despite his assurances. so she runs away. Marcus must find her and convince her otherwise. Then there is John who meets Erica ( an employee of the agency ) at a meet and greet. He is convinced she is his perfect partner and now must get her to agree that it's what she needs. If you're looking for a hot romance with lots of love and affection, strong likeable characters and the need to keep wondering what will happen next then this is a book you won't want to miss. You may want to start with book 1 so you won't miss any of the the exciting stories from this series. Great Read !! Timberlan127
