I use the lessons I learned in “The Leadership Equation” each day. At a time when my organization was experiencing significant change – from my own challenge of stepping into a new position of leadership to inspiring a new team – I have found it a substantive, reliable resource. It  uses easy to digest formulas and charts and specific examples to demonstrate how to build a high-performing organization. I have read many business and leadership books, and this one resonated with me as genuine, compelling and insightful. I have found “The Leadership Equation” to be a powerful resource to challenge myself to become a better and more effective leader, and to encourage my team’s growth and development. Using the chapters as exercises stimulated deep thinking and raised provocative questions. “The Leadership Equation” is a must read for organizations that want to thrive and innovate in today’s fast-paced, competitive environment.
