Overview

The Leaf People is a magical children's story celebrating the importance of tolerance, family, diversity, and the beauty of nature and the earth. In The Leaf People, five children from different backgrounds meet while on a mountain vacation with their families. When exploring the woods, they literally tumble through a Tolerance Bush and emerge in Leaf People World where plants, trees and flowers are alive and human-sized. The children are welcomed by Billy Blue Spruce, Rosie Rose, Lily of the Valley, Irving Ivy and many others. They quickly realize that The Leaf People and their new friends must work together to restore harmony to their world.
