"The Legend of the Child" is the first in a series of fantasy adventure novels about a teenager named Rahale (Rae for short)  who discovers that she's more than just your average girl. One day a mysterious uncle “Sam” that Rae has never met arrives  on her farm. After several shocking events revolving around Sam’s arrival Rae finds out she is far from normal. Instead, she's  one of the few remaining members of four Viking clans tasked by Odin to protect the world from evil beings that most people only assumed to be myths and legends.
