Sir Henry Craik (1846-1927) was a Scottish politician and author.  He served as a Member of Parliament from 1906 to 1918, and held the title Secretary of the Scottish Education Department; he was knighted in 1926.  Among his books are biographies of Jonathan Swift (1894) and Edward Earl of Clarendon (1911), as well as A Century of Scottish History (1901).
