Robert Williams, an RCIA program volunteer for both St. John’s Parish in San Marcos, Texas, and Queen of Peace Parish in Salem, Oregon, was born in Devonport, England.

Williams finished a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering and a post-graduate degree in marine engineering and took numerous leadership and management course in the military. He is a retired lieutenant commander in the Canadian Navy. His second career was in the aerospace industry with Lockhead/Martin Company. He participated in the Catholic Adult Formation Program for four years.
