About the Author

Author Robert Davey was born Aug. 15th,1964 in Oakland Ca.He grew up in Merced Ca. being inspired by the stories that his Mother and Grandmother would tell him. One of the stories in particular was the Little Blackbird. It left a lasting impression which stayed with Robert as he went on to teach Science, Environmental Science, Social Studies and English. Continuing on into being a C10- Electrical Contractor installing solar for Extreme Sun Pirates, following the theme of respecting Mother Nature and allowing Nature to flourish alongside man.Robert was further inspired by his Father Don Davey, an aspiring author who coached Robert and edited The Little Blackbird before passing away on Oct. 2nd 2011.
