About the Author

Rosalie Coffelt is a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who decided to put to paper some of the stories she tells her great-grandchildren. By way of a blended family, she and her husband have four children, eight grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren. After many years of working in many different fields, she retired and traded the Sierra Mountains in California for the Ozark Foothills in Arkansas, where she made the decision to share these stories and pass on some of the important values she believes in: faith, family, love, and friendship. These stories are intended to demonstrate these values to children in an entertaining and interesting way. She hopes that she has succeeded.
